Our 3rd Ave location requires the use of specific high security cylinder locks that are designed for our doors. These locks cost $15 each and have been placed in the space so they are ready to be used upon rental. 10x20s have 2 doors and will require 2 locks for a total of $30. Your account will be automatically charged for these locks.
Reservations are only guaranteed for 48 hours. Due to high demand we recommend "moving in" (completing the paperwork and payment)
within 48 hours of making a reservation or using the "Move In" option instead of making a reservation.
A copy of a valid government issued photo ID is required to be brought to the office or sent to us.
If we do not receive a copy of your ID within 24 hours of rental, gate access will be denied.
